CNC Operator-Mangalore ( Any experience HMC/VMC/Turning)

We are in the lookout for young CNC operators to meet our expanding need in the area of Machine shop.

You will be responsible to

1. Operate, Program and setting of CNC Milling./ Turning Machines
2. Reads and interprets Machining Drawing
3. Properly, safely load and unload components from CNC machines.
4. Uses proper gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements.
5. Understand, interpret and edits controls with Gcode,Mcode programming
6. Recognizes, deploys and properly use of inserts, fixtures, and tooling.
7. Understands and ability to perform tool wear offsets.
8. Performs daily/regular cleaning and maintenance of CNC machines.
9. Utilizes and abides to ISO requirements and safety.
10. Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations, and instructions.
11. Meet production output as per target.
12. Maintain 6S in the workplace.
