Sr. Tech Staff Associate CNC Turning

Role & responsibilities

1. CNC Turning on CNC Machines with SIEMENS & Heidenhain Controllers or Operating Heavy Machines (VMC, HMC) for Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc, Spinner, DMG, Mikron Machining Centres

2. Precision turning of components and sub- assemblies of close tolerances

3. Knowledge of drawing reading, cutting tools and parameters

4. Maintaining data sheets for cycle time analysis and cycle time reduction

5. Identifying and implementing Kaizens for productivity improvement

6. Preparing of in process inspection reports, SOPs, TPM Charts

7. Awareness of quality systems like AS9100, OHSE

8. TPM and Housekeeping

10. Employee will put all efforts to ensure Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of information.

Essential: --

Knowledge with all types of machining processes like Conventional Milling, Turning & CNC Milling.

CNC Programming Knowledge

2 Years experience in the CNC Turning experience in Aerospace industry

ITI / NCTVT (Fitter/ Turner / Machinist)
