Cnc Machine Operator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up and manage CNC machines for various machining operations such as turning and milling.
  
• Read engineering drawings to understand production requirements and program CNC machines accordingly.
  
• Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality products meeting customer specifications.
  
• Monitor machine performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot problems to minimize downtime.
  
• Maintain accurate records of production runs, quality control checks, and maintenance schedules.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in operating CNC machines (turning, milling) with proficiency in CNC programming (G-code).
  
• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical or Production/Industrial field from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles and manufacturing processes related to cast Iron & Steel parts.
