CNC 5 Axis Operator

MTAR Technologies Ltd. is seeking an experienced 5 Axis CNC Milling Operator with a background in aerospace precision components manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating 5 Axis CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components.

Role & responsibilities

• Operate and set up 5 Axis CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components for aerospace applications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files to determine machining operations.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of machined parts by performing regular inspections and measurements.
• Adjust machine settings and offsets as needed to maintain product quality and specifications.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a 5 Axis CNC Milling Operator in the aerospace industry.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and precision manufacturing.
