Master Cam Programmer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Cam Programmer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 5-axis CNC programming and extensive experience with aerospace and defense-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Optimize CNC Programs: Create and refine CNC programs for 5-axis machining centers using Mastercam software.
• Tool Path Creation: Develop tool paths for various machine tools, including VMC, HMC, and CNC lathes.
• Engineering Interpretation: Analyze engineering drawings and specifications to create accurate and efficient machining processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability and quality of aerospace and defense components.
• Simulations and Testing: Conduct simulations and tests to validate CNC programs, ensuring precision and accuracy.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to CNC programming and machining processes.
• Documentation: Maintain and update CNC programming documentation and records.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current with the latest advancements in CNC programming and machining technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a Master Cam Programmer, particularly with 5-axis CNC programming.
• Expertise in aerospace and defense-related projects.
• Proficiency in Mastercam software.
• Strong understanding of VMC, HMC, and CNC lathe operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
