India Sales Head

Sales Leadership:

• Lead and manage the sales teams across all territories in India.
  
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
  
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
  

  Customer and Channel Management:
  

  • Maintain and expand an established distribution channel and customer database.
    
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
    
  • Conduct competitive market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
    

    Team Development:
    

    • Continuously train the sales team on product quality, pricing, and sales techniques.
      
    • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
      
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
      

      CRM and Sales Monitoring:
      

      • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and team performance.
        
      • Ensure accurate and timely updates of sales data and customer information.
        
      • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
        

        Strategic Planning:
        

        • Develop and execute strategic sales plans based on market analysis and company goals.
          
        • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
          
        • Provide insights and recommendations for product development and marketing strategies.
          
          
          
          Requirements

          • Proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving targets.
            
          • Extensive knowledge of CRM systems and sales monitoring tools.

          • Bachelordegree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
