Head - Loyalty Sales Head

Strategic Planning and Program Design:

• Develop and execute customer loyalty strategies to maximize repeat sales and referrals.
• Design loyalty programs to reward existing customers for property upgrades, purchases, or referrals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to refine loyalty initiatives.

Sales Management:

• Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling real estate projects to current clients.
• Set and achieve targets for revenue generated from existing customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create customized offers and payment plans for loyal customers.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Utilize CRM tools to track and analyze customer interactions, preferences, and purchase history.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.

Marketing and Communication:

• Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns aimed at existing customers.

• Host customer engagement events, property tours, and meet-and-greets to enhance loyalty.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
