Job Description

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Leader will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing the sales team within a specified region. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Forecasting: Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close high-value deals with large customers.
  • Performance Metrics: Set and track sales targets, performance metrics, and KPIs for the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the IT SaaS industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze market trends and data.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
