Who are we looking for?

Technical Skills:

Process Skills:

1.Ensure resource fulfillment in the assigned business units within the defined Service Level Agreements

2.Keep track of all resourcing aspects of the concerned delivery unit and provide updates to Delivery, Sales, TFG and Recruitment

3.Publish a summary of all open requirements with the detailed specifications for the respective delivery unit every week

4.Review & validate new requirements on a day to day basis.

5.Follow up with recruitment and provide updates to Delivery / Sales / TFG

6.Be a single point of contact for CPRISSM/Delivery Managers and TFG

7.Negotiate with the DM/PM for resource releases

8.Coordinate and work with talent partners, talent management team, churn management, MIS to share inputs and generate result oriented winning strategies for fulfillment

9.Interact with delivery to generate demand for new business by sharing available deployable pool

10.Support , engage and proactively participate in proposals with sales and delivery to arrive and support planning of staffing with fulfillment timelines

11.Make sure that data is accurate with respect to demand in tool, make sure that allocations are closed in tool on time

12.Make sure that the vertical bench is always maintained at optimal low

13.Have strong analytical and influencing skills. Data analysis, benchmarking and reporting capabilities, use it to benefit business Behavioral Skills :
