Job Title : International Technical Support Voice Process ( Technical Support Voice)

Provide technical support to international customers via Calls.

Work Location: Ambattur Chennai

Experience: Minimum 1Year of experience is mandatory in Technical Support voice.

Excellent Communication Skills required both in Verbal and written communication.

Should have International Technical Customer Support Experience in to Bpo industry.

Education Qualification: Any Bachelors degree.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Assisting the USA customers through Inbound Calls.
2. Must have experience into handling International Technical Voice Support.

Required Skills & Desired Skills :

Excellent Communication Skills both in Verbal and written communication.
Should have customer support Experience in to Bpo industry
