Looking for strong experience in Windows / Linux/ Mac

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide expert-level support for Windows, Linux, and Mac environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and LDAP.
• Perform advanced network troubleshooting (switching, routing, VPN, firewalls, WAN/LAN issues, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with IT service management tools (ServiceNow / Jira) and virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V / Citrix).
• Support enterprise applications, cloud services (Azure / AWS / Google Cloud), and virtualization platforms.
• Understanding on endpoint management tools (SCCM, Intune, JAMF) for device provisioning and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
