Responsibilities :
Customization and Configuration :
- Design, develop, and implement custom PCRs and schemas to meet specific business requirements.
- Configure and maintain NPO-specific tables and their associated data.
- Collaborate with ABAP HR to develop customized solutions.
- Create and maintain payroll calendars, holiday calendars, and work schedule rules.
Process Management :
- Manage and optimize time management processes, including time recording, time evaluation, and time approval.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for NPO organizations.
- Administer NPO-specific benefits and entitlements, including UNEVE functions and entitlement IDs.
Integration :
- Understand the integration between SAP HCM and Workday, and troubleshoot any issues.
Customer Support :
- Provide excellent customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Project Management :
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Qualifications :
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP HCM, with a focus on Time Management, NPO Payroll, and NPO Benefits.
- In-depth understanding of PCRs, schemas, and NPO-specific tables.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom solutions.
- Knowledge of ABAP HR is beneficial.
- Understanding of Workday and SAP HCM integration is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
