SAP CS Lead - Implementation & Support (10-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Project Leadership : Lead SAP CS module implementation projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.

- Requirement Analysis : Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CS solutions.

- Solution Design : Design and configure SAP CS module to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.

- Customization and Integration : Customize SAP CS module and integrate it with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

- Testing and Validation : Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of the SAP CS solutions.

- User Training : Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the SAP CS module.

- Documentation : Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.

- Support and Maintenance : Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP CS solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

- Stakeholder Management : Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP CS module implementation and support.

- Technical Skills : Proficiency in SAP CS module configuration, customization, and integration. Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM) is a plus.

- Project Management : Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and deliver projects on time and within budget.

- Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

- Certifications : SAP CS certification is preferred.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

- Knowledge of industry-specific processes and best practices.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
