Job Description :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP CPQ (Callidus) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing SAP CPQ solutions, with a strong focus on enhancing sales processes and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of SAP CPQ solutions tailored to client requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and IT, to understand business needs and translate them into CPQ functionalities.

- Configure and customize the CPQ platform to optimize pricing, quoting, and contract management processes.

- Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of the system.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP CPQ features and best practices, and recommend improvements to existing processes.

- Support the integration of CPQ with other SAP solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM).

- Prepare documentation, including process maps, user manuals, and training materials.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP CPQ (Callidus) implementations.

- Strong understanding of pricing, quoting, and sales processes.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with other SAP modules is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Certifications related to SAP CPQ or relevant technologies are advantageous.
