SAP FICO Solution Architect (15-18 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Architect with 15+ years of expertise to independently lead SAP FICO implementations and support engagements. You will work closely with business stakeholders to drive discussions, provide recommendations, and deliver solutions for various business processes. You will manage SAP FICO-related accounts and projects, ensuring successful implementations or support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the SAP FICO module independently, driving and participating in business discussions and providing effective solutions.

- Oversee end-to-end SAP FICO implementations or support engagements.

- Conduct workshops to understand business requirements, freeze requirements, and develop comprehensive solutions.

- Provide recommendations and deliver solutions for various business processes, particularly in Financial Global, New GL, AR, AP, Bank Accounting, Asset Management, Cost Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and COPA.

- Work on interfaces and integrations with third-party systems.

- Prepare blueprints and solution documentation for SAP FICO modules.

- Handle project planning, execution, and customer engagements effectively.

Primary Skills (Essential) :

- 13+ years of SAP FICO experience with a strong focus on accounting processes.

- 3-4 full SAP E2E implementations, with at least 2 implementations involving SAP FICO in a lead role.

- Strong skills in Financial Global, New-GL, AR, AP, Bank Accounting, Asset Management, Cost Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and COPA.

- Extensive experience working with interfaces and integrations to third-party systems.

- Strong understanding of business requirements gathering, conducting workshops, and freezing requirements.

- Hands-on experience in blueprints and solution documentation.

Secondary Skills (Desirable) :

- Basic knowledge of ABAP to debug and troubleshoot interrelated issues.

- Familiarity with ECCS (SAP Enterprise Controlling).

- Exposure to SAP HANA is a plus.
