Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with expertise in UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Pro to oversee and lead functional testing across various modules, including Reporting, Scheduling,Employee Self-Service (ESS), Timekeeping, Attendance, Mobile and Personas.

The ideal candidate will have more than 5-7+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in Test Assure and a deep understanding of UKG configuration.

This role requires leadership skills to guide QA teams and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Quality Assurance Leadership :

- Lead QA efforts for UKG Pro WFM projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

- Collaborate with QAs to define testing strategies.

- Mentor and guide QA team members to promote best practices.

Test Planning and Execution :

- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.

- Execute manual and automated tests using Test Assure and other relevant tools.

- Monitor and document test results, ensuring traceability and compliance.

UKG Configuration and Validation :

- Validate UKG Pro WFM configurations to ensure they align with client specifications.

- Perform end-to-end testing of UKG integrations, workflows, and data flows.

Defect Management :

- Identify, document, and prioritize defects using appropriate tools.

- Work closely with developers and product teams to resolve issues promptly.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated on industry best practices, QA methodologies, and UKG Pro WFM updates.

- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance QA effectiveness.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on UKG Pro WFM.

- Strong understanding of UKG Pro WFM modules (Scheduling, Timekeeping, Attendance, ESS, Reporting).

- Hands-on experience with Test Assure or other testing tools.

- Proficiency in test case design and execution.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g, Python, PowerShell).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
