Accounts Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Ensure all financial entries are accurately posted in the system.
• Conduct monthly debtor/creditor aging analysis and perform bank reconciliations with proper remarks and follow-ups.
• Provide GST workings to the Tax team on a monthly basis for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings.
• Prepare and analyse Financial Statements.
• Coordinate with the business operations team to ensure timely data requirements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Perform monthly ledger scrutiny to ensure all ledgers reflect accurate balances and are correctly mapped under the appropriate group.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of quarterly and annual audits, coordinating with auditors as required.
• Identify areas for improvement in systems and procedures, initiating corrective actions to enhance financial processes.
