Executive - Accounts/ Accounts Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will manage financial operations, including Book Keeping, Day day accounting, Branch reconciliation, GST Reconciliation, TDS calculation, Bank Reconciliation, and project/branch accounting, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Candidates with experience in the construction and infrastructure industries are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Day to Day book keeping and branch accounting
• Verification of Bills with DMR, GRN, PO and accounting
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
• Maintain records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Collaborate with project managers to track project costs and profitability
• Utilize accounting software to manage financial data
• GST Reconciliation, TDS calculation, Bank Reconciliation
• Reconciliation of Accounts payable and Receivables Project wise
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices

• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
• Strong budgeting and forecasting abilities
• Expertise in cost analysis and project accounting
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP9 or Tally Prime)
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance)
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the infrastructure or construction industry
