Trading Strategy Developer & Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Required in-depth understanding of Advance Technical & Fundamental Analysis
Able to develop new trading strategies products on the basis of Technical & Fundamental
analysis
Able to develop predictive Algo trading strategies independently on any time frame for stocks,
futures & options
Able to develop, improve and maintain existing trading strategies
Knowledge about Trading planner, stock selection methods, position sizing, Algo trading, risk
management, trailing stop loss etc
Able to perform back testing & optimization process to analyze & evaluate trading strategies
performance
Updated about competitors existing products & newly launched products in the industry
Able to prepare BRS & maintain a tracker of new products & enhancement of existing products
Required basic technology & UI-UX knowledge for mobile app/web platforms development
Able to perform testing on various scenarios & technology
Effective written & verbal communication skill for coordination with Internal and External
Stakeholders
Able to prepare product PPT & provide training on technical analysis, Option trading & Algo
trading
Able to set up new processes & automation of existing process
Knowledge about algorithmic trading software like Streak, Tradetron, Sensibull, Falcon
FoxTrader, Etc

Skills Required:
Pursuing CMT or has completed CMT equivalent course
Excellent quantitative, modelling and analytical skills
Able to manage tick by tick data of all the segments
Passionate about developing & experimenting various trading strategies
Python, R , SQL Programming & Advance Excel knowledge is preferable
Able to perform statistical queries
In-depth knowledge on Capital & Derivatives Market
Should be Proactive and Independently handling all the Tasks
Self-Motivated and can work under high pressure situations
