Job Purpose
As Lead - Advisory training, you will be responsible for overseeing training and development activities for the online advisory channel (central Advisory Desk, Direct Reactivation, Franchisee Reactivation, Activation & RCAD) at our Malad and Thane locations. Your primary focus will be on managing a team of trainers, delivering effective training sessions for leaders, and senior managers, ensuring alignment with business objectives & managing training projects. The role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis driving e-learning initiatives & training delivery.
Key Deliverables:
- Training and Development Management: Manage training and development activities for the online advisory channel. Lead a team of trainers, providing guidance and support to ensure the development of a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Training Need Analysis: Conduct thorough Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and design targeted training programs. Collaborate with business units to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
- E-Learning: Drive the implementation and adoption of e-learning platform (Paathshala) to enhance training efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and technology to integrate relevant e-learning tools into the training programs.
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for leaders, team leaders, and senior managers, ensuring the effective transfer of knowledge and skills. Implement innovative and engaging training methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management: Plan and conduct regular reviews with stakeholders to understand business needs and align training programs accordingly. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the success of training initiatives.
- Chai Pe Charcha (Informal Discussions): Conduct informal discussions ("Chai Pe Charcha") with new joiners to facilitate a smooth Onboarding process and address any concerns.
Role Requirement/Desired Skill Set:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree
- Proven experience in training and development management, preferably in the financial advisory sector.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of e-learning platforms and modern training methodologies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct data-driven assessments.
