Job Description
- Helps draft, edit, and proofread client agreement documents
- Assists with pre-engagement activities, which may include CRM data entry, new client acceptance and setup, engagement code setup, and Pfx binder setup
- Proactively tracks pre-engagement activity progress from client agreement drafting, through the signature process, to engagement setup
- Serves as point of contact to help the client service team identify the correct client agreement template
- Other special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 1 years of related experience required; experience in quality assurance/quality control role or equivalent preferred
- Ability to comprehend or learn technical information related to Consulting services and firm processes
- Highly proficient proofreading ability
- Strong project management and organizational skills; able to effectively prioritize assignments and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint)
- Attention to detail, logic, and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate complex issues to others and follow-up with outstanding requests
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Experience working in IT, consulting, or audit preferred
- Adobe Acrobat Professional experience a plus
