Job Description
- Act as a career advisor and manage performance of their team
- Supervise and manage workflow and training of TDP team
- Create, edit, and format client deliverables (e.g., financial statements, annual reports, proposals, presentations, etc.) in an accurate and timely manner. Review and proofread documents for accuracy
- Manage and communicate project deadlines, status updates, and workflow questions
- Assist Business Services Managers with implementing firm initiatives
- Identify and develop process improvement
- Assist with establishing and maintaining best practices
- Anticipate client needs and proactively plan work to meet assigned timelines
- Executes effectively by using resources efficiently, meeting deadlines, and keeping others informed of work plans and progress toward goals
- Special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Experience in coaching and managing a team
- Ability to quickly build relationships to influence the accomplishment of organizational goals
- Proven commitment to providing exceptional client service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues to others
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to producing accurate work in a timely manner
- Adaptable to a changing environment; champions change and influences others to change
