Objective:
The probation period is designed to evaluate the Senior Business Development Managers ability to meet business targets, adapt to the role, and integrate effectively into the organization, whether as an individual contributor or as a team leader.

Salary Justification:

  • If the business target is not achieved, the Senior Business Development Manager will receive 40% of their basic salary.
