Manager or Senior Manager - Human Resources

Expectations from a candidate:

• HRBP Experience: Experience in effective execution of Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, PMS, L&D, Onboarding & Induction etc.
• Data Management: Management of Employee data, preparing various MIS reports for effective decision making.
• Payroll & Labour Law Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Indian payroll processes and relevant labor laws, including Income Tax (settings in payroll systems), PF, ESIC, PT, and MLWF. Proficient in leave and attendance management.
• Payroll Systems Expertise: Familiarity with payroll systems like Spine or other similar platforms.
• HRMS Exposure: Hands-on experience with various HRMS platforms.
• Collaboration & Employee Focus: A seasoned professional with excellent stakeholder collaboration skills, the ability to connect with employees, effectively resolve issues, and maintain a positive mindset.
• Promoter-Driven Organization Experience: Experience working in promoter-driven organizations, with demonstrated capability to interact with senior stakeholders and promoters as & when required.
• Collaboration with HR and Finance Teams: Partner with Plant and Corporate HR teams, as well as Finance, to ensure seamless collaboration and support in
• executing HR projects and activities, including data sharing for audits and facilitating income tax return filings.
• Administrative Understanding: Basic knowledge or a willingness to manage administrative responsibilities when needed, though not mandatory.
