Job Description
- Follow up with customers for orders as per submitted offers, over the phone or via EMail.
- Maintain Client wise status on Sales, Lost Opportunities, Upcoming Opportunities in CRM.
- Promoting the companys existing product and new products and developing new customers.
- Make Sales order once Purchase Order received from customer.
- Performs all activities related to sales orders.
- Preparing DMF Requisition, Sample Requisition.
- Preparing Proforma Invoices.
- Coordinate with internal departments like QC, Accounts, Purchase, Production, Excise and Logistic to fulfil customer s requirements.
- Performs all activities related to sales orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure payments are issued in a timely manner and recorded in CRM.
- Arranging the Shipping documents for Export the material like Invoice, packing list, Certificate of Chamber of Commerce, AWB, Labels and other documents.
- Maintain updated customer data in the CRM.
- Follow up with factory for their production plan & dispatches.
- Providing solutions to the queries or customer complaints & follow up with the factory till its closure.
- Coordinate with client, vendors for payment collection.
