Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing IT service-based organization. This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to work on lead generation, client acquisition, and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate should be proactive, a good communicator, and eager to develop their skills in sales and business development within the IT industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify new business opportunities through various channels, including online platforms, industry events, and databases.
  • Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, introduce our services, and set up meetings or follow-up calls.
  • Email Marketing: Create and send compelling email campaigns to engage prospects, promote services, and drive sales conversations.
  • LinkedIn Campaigns: Use LinkedIn to build relationships, prospect, and engage with potential clients by sharing relevant content, sending connection requests, and starting conversations.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, qualify leads, and convert them into customers.
  • Client Onboarding: Manage the initial stages of client relationships, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to project delivery teams.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand client needs, competition, and industry trends.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and lead status in the CRM tool.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to implement strategies and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales in the IT services industry.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
  • Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and a passion for sales.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with sales techniques such as cold calling and email campaigns.
  • Knowledge of IT services, including software development, cloud solutions, or IT consulting.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
