• Wage administration
• Compliances (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory act, Employee compensation act, Contract labour etc.)
• Submission of returns half early, annual for the aforesaid compliance
• Collate workmen attendance for payroll inputs to the corporate
• Prepare wages sheets on a monthly basis.
• ECR challan, IP generation, Statistical returns etc.
• Coordination and induction of new joiners.
• Maintenance of statutory register
• FNF of workmen
• Employee compensation in case of injuries
• Report generations (form 12 in ESIC, form 10, 11, 12, EPF, form A, B, C and D in bonus act, form F in gratuity etc)
• Training and awareness w.r.t. other aforesaid compliance
• Coordinate for TA & employee engagement with respect to Malwan

Qualification required

Graduate/ MSW/MBA/MHRM/MPM

Min. no. of years of relevant experience required

Min. 5 years Max 7 years

Knowledge and Skills Required

• Knowledge of labour laws
• Return fillings with respect to labor laws related to plant operations
• Advance excel (V lookup, H lookup, Count if, Match, Round up etc.)
