Analyst - Accounts P2P Process Implementation & MIS (8-12 yrs)

- Responsible for all AP/AR system automation.

- Ensure automation of all AP reports & schedules.

- Ensure appropriate tracking of all new system developments.

- Ensure monthly analysis of major expense head and taking action on time to time

- Ensure sharing CFO dashboard for monthly review.

- Ensure monthly review of schedules and taking necessary action to cleanup the same.

- Ensure data preparation for audit purpose and close all audit observation on defined time.

- Ensure providing system support to all ERP users

- Ensure completion of all system reconciliation and necessary action on the same.

- Manage team and SLA's of the process

- Effective people management and development.

- Support internal & Statutory audit

- Team handling experience (4-6 team member)

- Must be able to work with high level of accuracy

- Sound knowledge of P2P process automation in good ERP environment

- Good presentation and communication skill to deal with top management

- Ability to run the automation agenda for a finance function

- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholder and task orientation
