Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead digital transformation initiatives, focusing on integrating emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digital transformation initiatives by integrating emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain.
- Develop and implement strategies for digital innovation across the organization.
- Align technology solutions with business needs and strategic goals.
- Oversee the adoption and integration of low-code/no-code platforms to optimize processes.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Monitor industry trends and evaluate their impact on the business.
- Provide updates and insights to stakeholders regarding technology-driven improvements.
- Conduct workshops and training to enhance digital literacy and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent (BE/BCA/MCA/BSc); MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- 10-12 years of experience in leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Expertise in leveraging emerging technologies to enhance product offerings and processes.
- Strong knowledge of application support, analytics, and agile methodologies.
