Accounts Payable Role - Procure To Pay Process - Ind As (6-10 yrs)

- Responsible for complete procure to pay process environment

- Manage overall performance of invoice processing, ensuring maximum vendor satisfaction

- Ensuring compliance with internal control procedure and policy with India taxation, GST and TDS

- Keeping track of transaction and monitoring accounts to ensure payments are up to date

- Resolving vendor inquiries in professional manner in a high-demanding environment

- Drive process efficiencies and improve effective utilization of resources

- Review of key agreements and ensure no revenue leakage

- Validation of audit schedules and vendor reconciliations /Confirmations

- Knowledge of Employee Reimb. handling & managing petty cash management

- Design and perform GRIR reconciliations by understanding the end to end transaction flow

- Manage team and SLA's of the process

- Effective people management and development

- Support internal & Statutory audit

- Team handling experience (6-8 team member)

- Must be able to work with high level of accuracy

- Sound knowledge of P2P process in good ERP environment

- Good presentation and communication skill to deal with top management

- Ability to run the automation agenda for a finance function

- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholder and task orientation
