Position Overview

The Assistant Director - General Administration will lead and enhance the operational framework of LTC, ensuring alignment with the organizations mission and goals. This strategic role requires coordination with the Associate Dean and other leadership members to deliver effective programs, manage resources, and foster a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Leadership

• Develop and execute strategies to meet LTC objectives.
• Oversee daily operations for efficiency and resource optimization.
• Lead, mentor, and manage teams effectively.

2. Program Planning and Execution

• Collaborate with the Associate Dean to design and implement programs based on LTC’s five-fold philosophy:
• Panchakosha, Agriculture and Nutrition, Physical Fitness, Patriotism, Team Building, and Spirituality.
• Ensure programs meet LTC’s quality and outcome standards.
• Utilize data to enhance program effectiveness.

3. Financial Management

• Collaborate with leadership to manage and optimize the operational budget.
• Supervise financial activities, including forecasting and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations.

4. Facility Management

• Maintain high standards for LTC facilities.
• Oversee safety and security measures for staff and participants.

5. Stakeholder Engagement

• Build relationships with community partners and participants.
• Represent LTC at public and community events.

6. Strategic Planning

• Support strategic initiatives to align operations with LTC’s vision.
• Innovate to enhance operational efficiency and community impact.
