MIT World Peace University is one of the best universities I have encountered. Being in the teaching industry, it isn't easy to find such courteous and humble people as I do here! Everyone, right from the cleaners to the top management is incredibly polite. The ambiance here is a cherry on the top, as it is simply mesmerizing! I look forward to continuing my service here `for as long as possible.

Dislikes

One potential con could be student management. The security here could be stricter, making the environment more disciplined, which is important for any university. However, there aren't many significant issues here!

The best thing I like here is the working hours. It's the best compared to other organizations. The Management is very much approachable and we get what we need as employees.

They are fraudsters They wasted my time and money I did not accept the appointment letter because of the hidden policies and quit the job after 3 days.

Dislikes

There is a big difference between the HR words, offer letter and appointment letter. There are lots of hidden policies. This place is a political adda. Marathi is a dominant culture. Think 10000000% before joining this university.

Working in the administrative department i have witnessed the meticulous efforts put forth by management to ensure both the staff and students have a smooth and enriching experience, the work culture encourages innovation and i feel it is a privilege to be a part of the institution.

MIT-WPU University has been a great place to work. The emphasis on value-based education along with a dynamic curriculum,, prepares students for real-world challenges. As an employee, I have witnessed firsthand the positive impact this approach has on our students. The university also offers numerous opportunities for staff development which is commendable.

Worst for faculty, it's a carnival. All deans and top management are a bunch of frauds, all with fraudulent degrees. Seems to be a money siphoning racket
