About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Development Manager to lead and scale our SDR team. You will play a key role in developing strategies to generate leads, drive pipeline growth, and ensure the success of our sales initiatives targeting global markets, especially the US and UK . You ll have developed your sales experience within a technology product like ERP systems, CRMS or Accounting / HR software.
This role requires a combination of strategic planning, leadership, and hands-on execution to build a high-performing SDR team that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
