About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Development Manager to lead and scale our SDR team. You will play a key role in developing strategies to generate leads, drive pipeline growth, and ensure the success of our sales initiatives targeting global markets, especially the US and UK . You ll have developed your sales experience within a technology product like ERP systems, CRMS or Accounting / HR software.

This role requires a combination of strategic planning, leadership, and hands-on execution to build a high-performing SDR team that thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a team of SDRs, ensuring individual and team goals are met.
  • Strategy Development: Design and implement outbound lead generation strategies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze team performance metrics, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Market Outreach: Oversee outreach activities targeting clients in the UK and US markets via calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development Directors and other sales leaders to ensure seamless pipeline management.
  • Process Optimization: Establish best practices for lead generation, qualification, and CRM management.
  • Training Development: Develop onboarding and training programs to equip SDRs with the skills needed for success.
  • Reporting: Generate detailed performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Client Engagement: Support SDRs in conducting product demonstrations, handling objections, and managing initial stages of the sales cycle.

About You:

  • Education Experience:
  • Bachelor s degree preferred or equivalent experience in sales or business management.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a people manager role managing SDRs or BDRs.
  • Proven success in outreach and lead generation targeting UK and US clients.
  • Experience selling tech products, particularly in the retail technology sector, is a strong advantage.
  • Expereince selling to customers in US and EU is a must.
  • Skills Competencies:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Expertise in objection handling, pipeline management, and lead qualification.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a focus on achieving results.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
