About the Role
Responsible for generating qualified leads, scheduling discovery calls, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify and qualify high-value prospects.
- Initiate personalized outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule discovery calls for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions in Freshworks CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align on campaigns and messaging.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Freshworks).
- Ability to handle objections and build relationships with decision-makers.
Additional Skills
Familiarity with SAP solutions and services is a plus.
