Manager - Digital Marketing Campaign - Pharmaceutical Segment
About the Job:
- We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Campaign Manager in the pharmaceutical industry to oversee the execution of omnichannel integrated marketing campaigns for General Medicines markets and brands across Emerging Markets (EM).
- You will collaborate with Medical Affairs Managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution, performance analysis, and optimization using the latest digital platforms and best practices.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the timely execution of omnichannel campaigns, ensuring effective customer segmentation and targeting.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs Managers to plan and implement user journeys and content strategies across multiple channels.
- Manage stakeholders, third-party vendors, and media agencies for flawless campaign execution.
- Ensure tagging of all campaign materials for tracking usage, performance, and effectiveness.
- Conduct monthly performance analysis and provide insights and optimization recommendations.
- Work closely with Data & Analytics leads to ensure efficient use of global digital platforms and best practices.
- Manage content demand forecasting and campaign prioritization with vendors.
- Oversee vendor and compliance monitoring activities to mitigate risks.
- Develop, implement, and optimize customer-centric digital frameworks.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Expertise in campaign data and analytics for closed-loop marketing.
- Experience managing pharmaceutical brand campaigns at a local or global level.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation and targeting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and internal engagement skills.
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects with high accountability.
- Digital marketing degree or equivalent.
