Assistant Manager Marketing

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies for medical devices, implants, and orthopedic products.
  
• Manage brand management activities to maintain a strong presence in the market.
  
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote surgical solutions for trauma patients.
  
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products.
• Development of segmentation, go to market strategy and plans for marketing activation with customers and sales teams for India and International Markets.
• Develop and execute on Initiatives and programs for customer engagement and training on product and procedures.
• Engage in initiatives around sales & marketing productivity improvement.
• Requires strong commercial awareness, and is expected to influence the development of strategy for launch of New Products & for growing sales of focus products
  

Desired Skillsets

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse data and resolve critical issues. Demonstrated ability to lead highly efficient marketing teams.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
• Background or prior experience in MedTech/Orthopaedic domain is a plus.

Required Qualification

• Should be a Science or Engineering Graduate with Masters (PGDM / MBA) in Marketing from a reputed B-School.
• 10+years of proven experience in Marketing & Sales.
• Candidates with experience in Digital marketing are preferred.
