Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales teams to achieve targets and expand customer base.
  
• Develop and execute strategies for regional sales growth, including identifying new opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
  
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and optimize sales processes.
  
• Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in area sales management or similar role.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership skills.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
