Role & responsibilities
- Actively engage in field sales activities to promote and sell company products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Create and expand the company's network through retailers and store owners within the designated territory.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the designated territory.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team and report on market trends, customer needs, and sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to management to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a previous company.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the local market and customer base.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- Salary Increment: Incremental raises based on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
