Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Location: Agra/Ghaziabad/Lucknow

Experience: 1-2 Years

Salary: Upto 16k-18k

Job Summary:

As a Field Sales Executive at Badho, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our retailers and distributors. Your primary goal will be to increase Retailers onboarding and their order generation on Badho platform.

Responsibilities:

- Visit Retailers, explain to them about Badho App and get them onboarded.

- Ensure they regularly use Badho Application for their orders booking to Distributors.

- Help and Support them for their queries and in resolving their issues.

- Time to time explain and guide the retailer about Badho features and schemes developments.

- Provide market feedback to the reporting manager timely.

Working Guidelines :-

• Field working time of 9 hours daily
• Total 25 face to face meeting with retailers in a day
• Need to identify new retailers in their area

Qualification criteria :-

- 12+ or Graduate educational qualification

- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving skills

-Must own a 2 wheeler for travelling -Scooter, Scooty or bike.
