Badho is a leading B2B platform that helps brands connect with distributors and retailers, run loyalty programs, and manage rewards to increase order generation. As we grow, we are looking for a *Catalogue Manager* to enhance product listings, streamline catalogue operations, and ensure an exceptional user experience for our partner brands.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Catalogue Management:

- Oversee end-to-end catalogue creation and maintenance, including adding new products, updating existing details, and ensuring accuracy.

- Standardize and enhance product listings to improve discoverability, including images, specifications, descriptions, and pricing.

- Ensure consistency in product taxonomy, attributes, and categories.

2. Collaboration & Coordination:

- Coordinate with the Business Success and Sales teams to onboard partner brands and manage product data efficiently.

- Work closely with designers and content writers to enrich the catalogue with high-quality images and content.

- Liaise with technical teams to resolve any platform-related issues impacting the product catalogue.

3. Process Improvement:

- Identify and implement improvements in catalogue workflows to ensure faster go-live for new products.

- Create and maintain SOPs for catalogue management and updates.

Requirements:

- Experience:

- 2+ years of experience in product cataloguing for e-commerce platforms (e.g., Udaan, Amazon, Flipkart, or similar B2B/B2C platforms).

- Hands-on experience in creating and managing large-scale product catalogues.

Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with SQL .

- Strong understanding of product taxonomy, categorization, and search optimization.

- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent attention to detail with problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

- Graduation is a must.

Preferred:

- Experience working with FMCG, retail, or B2B platforms.

- Understanding of tools used for product listing and catalogue management.

- Prior experience with digital content management systems.
