Deputy Manager-HR

HRMS handling: To handle HR-One HRMS and keep updated all of the modules.

Performance Management System: To communicate with the employees for the timely completion of KRA & KPI and maintain the process flow of the PMS.

Recruiting: Reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and hiring new employees for White Collar & Blue Collar recruitment.

On boarding: Coordinating training sessions and orientation for new employees

Employee records: Maintaining employee records, including attendance, PTO, and leaves

Payroll: Processing payroll and documenting employee compensation and benefits

Policies and Procedures: Assisting the HR manager with formulating policies and procedures, and communicating updates to employees

Employee Relations: Helping employees resolve conflicts, answering questions, and recording complaints

Employee Engagement: Conducting surveys to determine employee satisfaction, and implementing programs to increase morale

HR department management: Overseeing HR events and meetings, and coordinating management-employee communications

Compliance: Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws
