Deputy Manager- HR

Role & responsibilities

Performance Management System (PMS):

• Establish and oversee the implementation of an effective Performance Management System.
• Monitor and drive performance evaluation processes to ensure timely and constructive feedback.
• Provide guidance on goal-setting and performance improvement initiatives.

Policy Framework & Implementation:

• Develop, review, and refine HR policies in line with organizational objectives and industry standards.
• Ensure seamless implementation and compliance with established HR policies.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Conduct salary benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness.
• Design and manage comprehensive employee benefit schemes.
• Lead annual compensation reviews and manage incentive programs.

Reward & Recognition:

• Design and implement innovative Reward & Recognition programs to foster employee engagement and motivation.
• Monitor the effectiveness of recognition initiatives and make improvements based on feedback.

HR Operations & Payroll:

• Partner with HR Operations and oversee payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Streamline HR operations for enhanced efficiency and compliance.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on HR-related matters.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving employee satisfaction and organizational culture.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Leverage HR analytics to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.

Prepare reports on HR initiatives, employee satisfaction, and policy impact.

Preferred candidate profile

A Master's degree In HRM is preferred.

- 5 to 8years of experience in HR, Compensation & Benefits, PMS, Rewards& Recognition.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing HR strategies in mid to large-sized organizations.

- Strong track record of driving HR operational excellence and employee satisfaction.

- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and payroll systems.
