Job Description

Role Objective:

A key objective of this position is to ensure efficient and compliant HR operations by developing and implementing streamlined processes, maintaining accurate employee data, overseeing payroll and benefits administration, analyzing HR metrics, and fostering continuous improvement. Additionally, manage vendor relationships and assist in policy development to support the organization's HR objectives.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in human resources with at least 8 to 10 years of experience, with at least 4-6 of those years spent managing compensation & benefit activities.
  • Compliance Expert: A vigilant and proactive professional adept at ensuring adherence to labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations, mitigating legal risks effectively.
  • HR Data Manager: An organized and trustworthy individual committed to maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, guaranteeing the security of sensitive information.
  • Efficiency Strategist: A results-driven problem solver skilled in streamlining HR processes, driving productivity, and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Insightful Analyst: A data-savvy HR specialist capable of developing and interpreting HR metrics and reports, empowering data-driven decision-making.
  • Employee Relations Facilitator: A supportive and empathetic mediator, proficient in resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • HR Process Management: Develop, implement, and streamline HR processes and procedures, including but not limited to off boarding, employee records management, payroll administration, benefits administration, and time and attendance tracking.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and proactively make necessary adjustments to HR processes and policies to ensure legal compliance.
  • Employee Data Management: Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of employee records and data. Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Collaborate with the finance and benefits teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and benefits administration for all employees.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to analyse trends, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven insights to senior management.
  • Employee Relations: Assist in managing employee relations matters, address grievances, and support conflict resolution processes. Provide guidance to HR staff and managers on handling employee-related issues.
  • HR Technology: Oversee the effective utilization and management of HR information systems and tools to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously review HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance HR operations.
  • HR Budget Management: Collaborate with finance to manage HR budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with HR service providers, ensuring the delivery of quality services and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Prepare and maintain DCR call schedules for India and Global teams.
  • Implement organizational work practices across departments.
  • Coordinate and compile organizational work practices tracker from various departments.
  • Resolve queries and interface with different departments on organizational work practices.
  • Maintain concern tracker and address employee grievances.
  • Support HR digitalization initiatives.
  • Implement employee welfare schemes like Mediclaim policy.
