Marketing Communications Executive

Role Objective:

Key objective of this position is to plan, manage, and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies that enhance brand visibility, improve customer engagement, and support business objectives through effective use of social media, content creation, digital tools, event communications, and PR initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, event coordination, and PR.
• Skills: Strong content writing, editing, and social media management skills with technical proficiency in using digital communication tools.
• Competencies: Ability to manage multiple projects, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders and vendors.

Role & Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Schedule, post, and manage content across global and India-specific social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
• Develop engaging content and leverage social media listening tools.
• Maintain and track a monthly social media calendar, analyze performance metrics, and prepare actionable insights.
• Conduct competitor analysis of social media activities.

Content Creation & Management:

• Create compelling content for newsletters, mass mailers, social media platforms, websites, and other digital communication tools.
• Regularly update content on platforms like apps, WhatsApp chatbots, and digital calculators.

Event Communication:

• Support communication efforts for industry events, including vendor coordination.
• Draft and execute push notifications, pop-ups, and app communications on various digital tools.

PR & Media Coordination:

• Liaise with media houses to ensure timely submission and release of articles.

Coordination & Support:

• Collaborate with the field marketing team to develop and deliver marketing collaterals.
• Assist in designing and developing brand architecture and promotional materials.
• Provide support for the development and improvement of various digital tools.

Functional Skills Required:

• Expertise in content writing, editing, and social media management.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms and basic graphic design tools such as Canva.
• Familiarity with online reputation management systems and analytics tools.
• Strong event coordination, PR management, and project execution skills.

Behavioral Skills Required:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Proactive, creative, and adaptable to fast-paced work environments.

Team Size to be Handle:

• This is an individual contributor role, reporting directly to the AGM - Marketing Communications.
