Senior Officer - Communications

ensuringPurpose of role: The ideal candidate should be able to strengthen communication between the Head Office at Gurugram and its 14 other branches spread across 8 states of the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate SNSFs internal communication between its 14 locations w.r.t different events, celebrations, etc.
• In coordination with the operations head, facilitate communication activities with ANAND Group Communication team.
• Preparation of social media updates, content for SNSF website, content for CSR pages of Group companies, etc. and to ensure timely updating the pages
• Conceptualize, coordinate and implement corporate volunteering events across locations
• Monitor dissemination of information about SNSF activities across ANAND Group companies and plants
• Supervise the skill development trainees at Gurugram H.O. during the soft skills sessions to ensure optimal learning
• Organizing monthly reward and recognition events for skill development trainees at Gurugram H.O.
• Any reasonable duty as may be assigned by the supervisor that is consistent with the nature of the job and the level of responsibility
