Sales Coordinator

Introduction

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth in Hydraulic & Pneumatic Rock Drills, Crawler Drills, DTH Hammers & Bits, Spare Parts, and related drilling equipment for the mining and construction industry. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for drilling equipment in the mining and construction sectors.
• Travel extensively within the designated region to engage with potential clients.
• Achieve sales targets based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and manage sales channels, including key accounts, end users, dealers, and distributors.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure prompt after-sales support.
• Ensure timely payment collection and maintain strong financial discipline.
• Gather customer feedback and coordinate with the production team for product improvements.
• Conduct technical sales analysis and presentations to assess actual performance vs. targets.
• Proficient in Excel, MIS, and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.
• Experience in handling export sales is a plus.
