NPD Manager/Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for New Product Development as per business requirement

2. Responsible for SOP adherence and process enhancements at all levels of your related departments.

3. Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure new products developed meets quality and timeline

4. Testing products throughout the design process to troubleshoot any potential problems

5. Would be responsible for initiation of new projects and monitor the development until fruition

6. Sampling different materials, manufacturing processes, design tolerances and other factors to find the best ones that suit the new product

7. Delivering product specifications and procedures to the manufacturing team for production purposes

8. Analyzing existing products to identify areas for improvement and updating current documentation

9. Developing quality control criteria and safety guidelines and ensuring that all team members adhere to them

10. Any other support for PPC & QC as required by departmental HOD

11. Responsible for ISO coordination

12. Handling the customer complaint activities.

13.Communicate with customer and supplier for the action.
