Sales and Marketing Strategist - Global AI SaaS (Female Candidates)

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Outreach:

• Use tools like Apollo.io, Seamless.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot to identify and qualify leads.
• Reach out to prospects via email and LinkedIn (no cold calling).

2. Marketing Collaboration:

• Align with marketing on lead generation campaigns and share feedback to improve strategies.

3. CRM & Pipeline Management:

• Maintain and update the sales pipeline in Zoho CRM or HubSpot, ensuring timely follow-ups.

4. Performance Tracking & Authentic Communication:

• Meet KPIs such as email responses, LinkedIn engagement, and conversion rates.
• Build relationships by offering tailored solutions through clear emails and LinkedIn messages.

5. AI Platform Presentations (Future Growth):

• In the future, present our AI platform offerings to customers through scheduled appointments.

Note : This role does not involve cold calling.

Salary : 4 LPA - 8 LPA

Experience : 0-2 Years "only"

Skills & Qualifications

Education:

• MBA, BBA, or Graduation in English Literature (or equivalent) with 80%+ academic scores.
• Freshers or less than 1 Year experience.

Core Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication with an authentic, persuasive approach.
• Excellent storytelling and ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Organized and detail-oriented with effective lead management.
