About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our Sales and Marketing team.
This role focuses on driving sales and fostering business relationships for our engineering and manufacturing services in the North American and European markets. As a part of the Inside Sales team, you will play a key role in identifying potential customers, pitching our services, and ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients in North America and Europe. Candidate has to be familiar with various data providers platforms.
• Generate leads through cold calling, cold email, marketing campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions that align with our engineering and manufacturing services.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore additional opportunities.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with client information, interactions, and opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  
  

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or MBA Sales and Marketing or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar role.
  Freshers with strong communication skills and enthusiasm for sales are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Basic understanding of engineering and manufacturing services is a plus but not mandatory. ( Training will be provided )
• Familiarity with MS Office applications. 
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
