Lead Generation-US MARKET

• Source new sales opportunities through cold calling, email, social media, and other lead generation techniques
• Do detailed research about each lead to personalize reach out messages and build relationship.
• Convert the contact into engaged leads
• Qualify and nurture leads through the sales funnel using CRM tools
• Deliver first level pitch of the service offering over phone and email
• Set up meeting for the sales leaders with the engaged leads
• Develop your lead pipeline to meet weekly, monthly and annual quotas
• Collaborate with Marketing and sales in lead generation campaigns
• Maintain expert knowledge of our IT managed services, network and cybersecurity solutions, cloud offerings etc.
• Accurately document all sales activity in the CRM and adhere to best practices
• Continuously develop your skills through training courses and mentoring

Requirements:

• Proven inside sales experience with a track record of meeting quotas and targets.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and demonstrate technical product offerings.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, email marketing tools, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, and other B2B social platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of the region (an advantage).
• Persistent follow-up approach and the ability to set up meetings.
• Experience in selling IT services is a plus.
• Motivated self-starter with a hunter sales mentality.
